from lot
Strip the topsoil and take to
sub-grade before stone and gravel
Install storm sewers and sanitary
sewers
Install trenches for site services
(hydro, water)
Install limits of grade/gravel
as per specifications
Install the curbs and asphalt,
backfill curbs and finish with topsoil and sodding
