Strip the topsoil
and take to sub-grade before stone and gravel
Dig footings
Pouring of concrete
walls
Backfilling of concrete

Bring floor up to
grade before floor slab is installed
Install storm sewers
and sanitary sewers
Install trenches
for site services (hydro, water)
Install limits of
grade/gravel as per specifications
Once building is completed
provide “fine” grading with topsoil and
sodding
